Most people are capable of far more than anyone has taught them to be.

Drawing on more than two decades in education and professional development, I show leaders how critical thinking is actually built: not assumed, not hoped for, taught.

Meet Dr. Carrie Rose

The workforces that thrive next won't be the ones that automate the most. They'll be the ones that teach their humans to think.

My course methodology is based on over 500 studies in learning science and is responsible for driving student completion rates up to 97%, in an industry that averages just 3 to 5%.

The Service Scale Matrix, Why your devotion might be the reason you're stuck

Most experts aren't short on talent or care. They're stuck in a quadrant. In this session, every person in the room privately scores themselves on two axes, Service Devotion and Pricing Power, and discovers which of four places they're standing: the Underpriced Powerhouse, the Transactional Closer, the Uncommitted Explorer, or the Sustainable Steward. Then I show them how to move. Built on the same learning science behind course completion rates up to 97%, this talk reframes underpricing as a value perception problem, not a math problem, and gives devoted people permission to stop giving themselves away.

Finished Is the New Funnel, Why the clients who finish are the ones who grow your business

Most experts measure their offers by how many people buy. The ones who build lasting businesses measure how many people finish. Whether you sell an online course, a coaching program, a mastermind, or a consulting package, the same truth holds: people who don't finish don't get results, and people who don't get results don't renew, refer, or come back for more. Industry-wide, most learners complete only 3 to 5% of what they buy. My clients have reached completion rates as high as 97%. In this session, I show entrepreneurs why completion is the most profitable number in their business, and the learning science moves that turn buyers into finishers and finishers into raving fans.

Get the Most Out of Your Humans, The Human Advantage: Teaching Your Team to Think in an AI World

Every company is asking what AI can do. Far fewer are asking what their people can do that AI can't, and how to grow it on purpose. The workforces that thrive next won't be the ones that automate the most. They'll be the ones that teach their humans to think. Drawing on more than two decades in education and professional development, I show leaders how critical thinking is actually built: not assumed, not hoped for, taught. We move past the quiet belief that employees can't think for themselves and into practical ways to help them question, reason, and decide well, with AI as a tool in their hands rather than a replacement for them.
