Heather Hargrove helps founders and client-facing teams turn a signed deal into a client who stays.

Heather Hargrove builds what happens After Yes. She helps founders and client-facing teams design the onboarding, communication and client experience that turn new clients into long-term ones. Heather Hargrove is a client experience strategist and the creator of the After Yes Method. Her work starts where most businesses stop paying attention: the moment a client says yes. She helps founders, service businesses and client-facing teams build onboarding and client experiences that earn trust early, prevent quiet churn and lead to renewals and referrals.

Heather brings a systems lens to client experience. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Central Florida and master's degrees in management. That background shapes how she teaches: client experience is a set of moments you can design, script and repeat.

She serves on the board of Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship and is a strong advocate for founders and underrepresented entrepreneurs.
