Lauren Elyse Johnson helps senior marketing leaders become indispensable to themselves as much as to their organizations: too visible to overlook, too valuable to sideline, too grounded to derail.

Over 18+ years in marketing and advertising leadership, most recently as EVP/Managing Director at Dentsu, she watched talented leaders do everything right and still stall, whether they were passed over or landed in a bigger seat, then spent their energy proving they belonged. In volatile organizations, the pattern was the same: strong performers whose results weren’t translating into influence, and whose confidence rose and fell with how the organization saw them.

An executive coach accredited through the Center for Executive Coaching and trained in Positive Intelligence (PQ) methodology, Lauren pairs influence and positioning strategy with mental fitness to guide her clients to advance without losing themselves in the process. Her definition of indispensable is knowing your value, holding it whether or not your company reflects it back, and staying grounded under pressure, so the visibility her clients build holds up when the organization changes. Her Indispensable Advantage Framework takes leaders from diagnosing where they stand, to mapping who shapes their advancement, to building a plan they can act on and the composure to carry even under the highest pressure.

Lauren is the founder of Lauren Elyse Coaching & Advisory and is based in Atlanta. She works with Senior Directors to SVPs who are ready to advance without burning out.
