Madeline Perez is the Founder & CEO of YouMe Midnight Moon, a veteran entrepreneur, military leader, mental health advocate, coach, speaker, and Counseling Psychology graduate student. With nearly two decades of military and leadership experience, Madeline understands what it means to lead, serve, care for others, and manage multiple roles while still needing space for yourself. Through YouMe Midnight Moon, she combines journaling, education, workshops, and practical resources to support women in reconnecting with themselves and prioritizing their mental and emotional well-being. Her work has an intentional focus on women serving in the military and women veterans while creating messages and resources that also speak to women navigating the many roles they hold. At the center of her work is a simple belief: you do not have to start from nothing. Your experiences are already part of your story, and your voice matters.
