Lechon Kirb

Being great at what you do should be enough to be found.

Everything around us is driven by the people in a position to use their voice. That comes with power and leverage, and everyone else starts at a disadvantage. I built Stages so the people who did the work get a fair shot at being seen and heard on the world's biggest stages.

Why I do this

You are not losing on merit. You are losing on positioning.

Stages is about a fair shot. Being an expert does not put you in position to be seen, and the world never gets to hear your truth.

The talks

You know that feeling when you watch someone walk onto a stage, and you know you have more to offer on that exact topic, and you cannot figure out how they got there and you did not? They did not get there because they were better. They got there because they were more visible, or they knew somebody.

I care about the people who have lived something real, built something real, survived something real, and still somehow get overlooked. My mother was one of them. She had a television show, interviewed Lionel Richie and Lena Horne, and her voice was never heard as fully as it deserved. She never taught me to think small or wait for permission. That belief lives inside everything I build.

Stages is my way of building a vehicle that helps people be heard. Twenty years positioning people who were great at the work and invisible outside it, and now the system these talks describe. Your work should do the talking.

Become undeniable.

The World Is a Stage

Every place you show up is already a stage. This talk is about brand positioning across all of them, starting with the social presence you already have and ending with the rooms you want to be invited into. It covers how to make your positioning clear enough that other people can repeat it, why a scattered presence reads as noise no matter how good the work is, and how what you do online decides which stages open up offline. Audiences leave knowing what their presence is currently saying about them, and the first thing to change.

Presence Without Performance

Being found used to mean performing: posting, promoting, feeding the feed. This talk makes the case for presence without performance, where what you have actually done is made legible to the machines people ask, and your record works while you do the work. The story behind the system we built at Stages, for anyone who would rather be great than loud.

The Era of the Invisible Expert Is Ending

Most experts are invisible at the exact moment someone is looking for them. This session gets specific about how organizers and machines actually search for talent now, why great work stays unfound, and how to shape your own public record so the right rooms can find you. Built for anyone doing good work nobody has seen yet.

Your Brand Is Limitless: Taste in the Age of Infinite Noise

The tools got faster and the noise got louder, which made taste the scarce thing. This talk separates the work worth automating from the work that never should be, and gives builders a practical method for keeping their own voice intact while moving at the speed the market now expects. For founders and creatives who are tired of choosing between output and originality.

Your Voice Is Not Enough: Owning Your Public Record

Everyone is told to find their voice. Almost nobody is told that a voice without a record stays unheard. This talk is about the distance between having something to say and being the person the public record points to, and the deliberate, unglamorous work of owning what the world finds when it goes looking for you.

Turn Your Experience Into Income, On Purpose

Expertise does not turn into income on its own, and waiting for it to is how good operators stay underpaid. This talk lays out the path from a career of hard-won knowledge to offers people actually buy, and the discipline to sequence that path instead of chasing every opening. Grounded in building it the slow, structural way.

The whole talk, in two lines

People are not losing on merit. They are losing on positioning.

Positioning just became a solvable problem.

Set the tone for the whole program

This is about a fair shot. Being an expert does not put you in position to be seen, and the impact is that the world never gets to hear your truth. Your audience is full of people carrying that truth. Every one of my talks names what has been standing in their way, and hands them the next move.

It comes straight to me. No account, no gatekeeper. You hear back from me, not from a form.

Long 45 sec

Lechon Kirb is the founder of Stages, a platform built to give experts a fair shot at being seen and heard. Before Stages, he spent nearly two decades as a brand strategist helping experts and founders turn what they know into assets they own, work that shaped more than 30,000 entrepreneurs. He has curated stages himself, so he knows what a room needs. His message is simple: being an expert does not put you in position to be seen, and when that happens, the world never gets to hear your truth. His talks argue that one thing from different angles, led by his signature talk, The World Is a Stage. Please welcome Lechon Kirb.
